Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my products? How long does it take to get my products?

Orders ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If the items your purchased are preordered, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping. Items are not shipped over the weekend or major holidays.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping in the (continental) USA is FREE on orders of $45 USD or more.

Shipping to Canada is FREE on orders of CAD $50 or more.

International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact
You will be credited in full minus all shipping charges for returns
Squar’d Away is not responsible for lost returned items
We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges deemed unreasonable at our discretion
